    Day 1: It was pretty easy, actually. I did feel a burning for some parts, but I was able to keep up with her exactly.

  5. Ok so i am gonna do an update this as much as I can. I‘ll try to to this every day👍🏼
    Day 1: Since its day one I didnt feel that much but I did some little breaks in between because it hurt so much
    Day 2: Okey at the first exercise I almost gave up because it hurt so bad to get up but as I kept going I kinda got used used to it and just always keep in mind that u are gonna have some nice abs at the end. That motivates me a lot

  7. Day 1: I found it really difficult, i couldn't do the planks properly, and i.stopped a lot the video, and did less seconds of each exercise, bc i was really tired to continue after the 10 seconds, so i waited more.But i will keep trying!

    Day 2 complete it burned like hell 😌😌😭😭🔥🔥🔥🔥
    Day 3 complete still burns

    Day 4 complete really tighten my abs sell I should do this in the morning more often then at 🌙

  11. I have trouble with my eating habits. I don't eat alot at all, never have. Its easy for me to cut of bad carb and junk food. But I get stuck in Plato. And suggestions what I can do. ? Much appreciated

  12. My arms are more in pain than my abdominal muscles, all these planks are killing my weak arms :))) But the workout is amazing ♡
