I attempt in this video to provide a critique of a book which I have just finished reading. The book was released in August 2019. It is called “How To Build a Personal Brand on LinkedIn” by Keir Finlow-Bates.
The book is of small cut and comes into 72 pages. It is rich in practical tips on and cues how to build your professional brand on LI.
This richness makes reading the book an entertaining and educational experience.
I prepared a list of points in order to provide criticism of the book. For example, the role of LIONs and pods on LI, my views on the ethics of using these tools to boost your presence on the platform, video preparation time , and posting frequency.
I decided to focus on one item, which I believe paramount. I critically address the use of “mentally ill” term to connect people with mental health problems with trolling.
