This tutorial looks useful for me, but I have a problem. When I right click my printer in controlPanel->HardwareAndSound->DevicesAndPrinters, my cursor turns to loading format and devices and printers start to not respond. Even waiting for 15 mins, nothing has changed. Does anyone have a solution?

I was getting an error state from my printer for about an hour or so, I was following step by step from this video but was not getting the option to fix what was wrong. But for some reason a printing test fixed it 🤔 I've done printing tests on web browser but nothing 🤷♂️

Hi got a question I was printing three separate documents got two of them done then tried to print the third but windows 10 decided to throw me a curve and a dialogue box pops up and says One Note needs to be set up so there's two versions on this HP Windows 10 computer One Note and One Note 2016 neither has been set up as far as I remember and I've been printing for some time so I'm like why now Microsoft? Any thoughts would be helpful thanks.
