  1. @Sadhguru Is it ok to think I am the mind in inhalation and I am not the body on exhalation instead of the other way around. Its bcos I have been practising it like that for a while and just realised I have been doing it wrong the whole time?

  3. it’s my fourth day practice isha Kriya,.Isha was recommended by an Indian friend.when I was listening to Sadhguru singing the Indian song, even though I don’t know the meaning of it, I felt like the melody is so familiar to me and reminded me of the Chinese country songs which can bring me peace, fulfilment,a close to nature and soft sentiment. I was thinking about what I really want and want to be when I grow old. Then why I am doing the things I am doing now. I cannot find the answer.

  6. When u realize that meditation doesn't cause the well being which u think.. U become like that at that time.. This is all about.. For another example.. When u breathe slowly u will become peaceful equanimity and deep experience of oneness.. Think the reverse of it.. A being who is that.. For that being when he say this mechanism.. At that time he would have observed that breathe was slow very slow.. So if u see Patanjali yoga sutra.. There are two ways for humans.. 1st for samadhi. And 2nd one for people who are too much in. delusion

And when they have achieved all definition of what is called affluence of materials..but still human being gs suffer.. Then they go for yoga and meditation.. Thhats why America is doing yoga and meditation.. Coz still there are suffering life.. This was known by ancient sages before so many years..

  10. I love this have been listening to this daily for the past week with the intention to have less racing thoughts and just be more present in life. But it always gets me at 17:57 sounds like he’s saying “cripple your body” I’m like what please don’t lol 😂

  12. Hello, can anyone please suggest or guide what wrong going on. I am practicing upayoga from last 1year result was good. From 3- 4 month back started practicing chit shakti started feeling negative hatred etc. So stopped in middle then again started 1 month back chitshakti .I am feeling whatever positive impact was on me bcz of upayoga & isha kriya now destroyed I am really puzzled not understanding what should i do??

  14. I really dont like listening to that east Indian flute. It makes me cry everytime i hear it. Been that way since i was little. Its too sad 4 me me to bear.

  15. Day 1. This was beautiful. During the singing part towards the end I had no idea what he was singing but I felt a very warm sensation come over me. I’ll keep up with this practice 2x a day and see what happens.
