Hey everybody, what’s going on YouTube, I’m on the treadmill right now. I’m doing a total of six miles today. I had the pace set to four miles an hour, with an incline of six. And I’m doing a total of six miles, averaging fifteen minutes a mile. So it’s going to take me about an hour and a half on the nose. Fifteen minutes a mile, three minutes fourty-five seconds a lap. I’m at the gym, and I’m doing this for two or three hours. Working out two or three hours a day, six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Sunday is my one and only day off. And I’m doing good, doing well. After this I’ll be doing a hundred squats, and thirty pushups.
tl;dr: i have been working hard to make sure i can pick plants up and then put them back as fast as i possibly can. please support my journey before my beer addiction starts to come back and i die of alcohol poisoning. thank you
