  4. Fun practice, CC! I really enjoyed it. It's nice to see a practice that's a little different- with a lot more strengthening repetitions and fewer quick transitions. Loved it! Could you maybe do another workout with blocks for strengthening?

  10. Such a great all-around back practice with enough movement to get some heat. Love how the back was incorporated into the entire practice including the warmup and cool down. My back is feeling the love after this practice! The water sounds were a great addition

  11. I LOVE THIS CLASS! This am, no new video so i did last week's block assisted video…amazing workout! As the class wound down, i saw this new class and thought I'd check it out! It was perfect after that first workout! I think I will be repeating this class every night before bed!

    On another note, i'd love to hear what you were discussing with camera person! Seems really interesting 🙂 Just kidding!
