  8. Thank you very much for this so relaxing and peaceful music. I also like to do Yoga but not with modern technology, it is impossible to connect body and mind, regarding the decision of each one. I like to do it more Meditation type surrounded by Nature and with the song of the birds and the sound of the sea I feel connect body and mind. Both Yoga and Meditation goes very well for those people who suffer from stress, anxiety and emotional burdens. Although I have reached the highest level of spiritual thanks to meditation and put into practice the great wisdom of Buddha I have learned to overcome fears and bad thoughts although before I was also spiritual when I had bad thoughts I was away from me, was and am a person with a very positive attitude. I do not like living from the past. Thanks to Buddhism, I have been reborn. I do not know bad thoughts or fears. So far I am able to cross the Atlantic Ocean to go to Chicago totally relaxed and if no fear, fear is something that does not fit in me, like bad thoughts. Thanks for the music🎵🎵🎶🎶🧘♂️🧘♀️
